How it works

3. Match real threads Every colour is matched to a real spool from your thread brand, with its number. Change any of them.
4. Preview and download Watch every stitch sew out on screen, then download the file and copy it to your machine.

Getting the file onto the machine

Copy the .PES to a USB stick, plug it into the machine and tap the USB icon on the embroidery screen. Wi-Fi models can also receive designs from Brother's app.

Tips

• Pick the hoop you'll actually sew with: the studio sizes the design to fit it, up to 200 x 360 mm.
• Each colour change moves to the next of the 10 needles, in the order of the thread list. Designs with more than 10 colours need rethreading partway, and the studio tells you when.
